Go past slip road "Sandford
Peverill"
Leave Dual carriageway at the second slip
road from the M5 exit, turning left at first roundabout, signed
Tiverton.
Carry straight on at the second roundabout.
Turn right at the third roundabout.
Straight on at the fourth and fifth
roundabout.
Cross river and turn left at the fifth
roundabout, signed Bickleigh and Crediton, A396.
Follow the A396 through Bickleigh (10km) and
head for Exeter. Go through the village of Stoke Canon and then over
a long bridge, follow the road around a right hand bend. One hundred
and fifty metres after the bend turn right into industrial estate.
From Exeter city centre.
From the centre follow signs for Exeter St.
Davids Railway Station, then head north on the A377 signed Crediton.
Past Bradfords builders merchant and Apparell Master dry cleaners.
Continue for 1 mile to roundabout, head straight on, on the A396
signed Tiverton. Follow road for 3 miles. Look out for industrial
estate on the left, just after the 30 mph speed limit signs as you
enter Stoke Canon. A Flotec sign can be seen on the left from here.
From PLYMOUTH, on the Motorway M5,
Travelling North.
From the Plymouth direction leave the M5 and
head for Exeter St. Davids station and the A377 Crediton. Pass the
station and bear slightly left at the small roundabout near the
station. Follow the A377 past Bradfords builders merchants on left
and a garage. At the small roundabout go straight across on the “Stoke
road”, the A396, signed Tiverton, past the Cowley Bridge pub on
left. Continue on this road for 2 miles. At the Stoke Canon sign
look for the industrial estate to the left. The entrance to the Old
Mill Industrial Estate is 200 metres after the Stoke Canon village
sign on the left.

Enter the industrial estate and take the
left fork around a traffic island. Follow the road to the end
keeping left, then turn left, slightly up hill. Park at the top and
enter the building through the communal entrance. We have a sign up
outside.
